Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final
Due to the consumable, hygienic, and artisanal nature of fragrance products, all NYNESENSE sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered for reasons including, but not limited to:
Personal preference or scent perception
Strength, longevity, or projection
Dissatisfaction after use
Allergic or sensitivity reactions
Order Cancellations (Before Processing Only)
A refund may be considered only if a written cancellation request is received before order processing begins.
Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment, the order is final and non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact NYNESENSE within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number
Clear photographic evidence of the issue
Verified issues may be resolved at NYNESENSE’s discretion through replacement or store credit.
Refused or Returned Shipments
Orders that are refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to customer error (including incorrect shipping information) are not eligible for refund.
